Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Subler (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, you may not use the Service.

Subler is a facility-rental platform that connects schools and other facility owners with renters. We provide the software; the rental relationship itself is between you and the counterparty.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens on your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe on others' rights, circumvent security, or interfere with normal operation. We may suspend access if you do.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). Their terms apply alongside ours. Fees, refunds, and cancellation rules are described in the booking flow before you confirm.

You keep ownership of content you upload (listings, photos, documents). You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
